Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service.

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service but is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.

Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $20 fee. Arrivals over 25 minutes late may require rescheduling, with a 50% charge of the service to ensure the next client is not affected.

Hair must be detangled prior to your appointment. If detangling is not included in your booking and your hair interferes with the next client, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% fee will apply.

For safety and quality, outside products are not allowed unless prescribed by a doctor.

Please note that there are no refunds after a service is completed. Any concerns should be communicated during your appointment to ensure the best outcome.
